Jim Richmond BDS
It was with great sadness we learned of the passing of our oldest member on 19th December 2019.
Jim Richmond was well known to us as a KDHG member who regularly attended meetings in his 102nd year - although I think the 'link' system in the college being somewhat choosy if it worked or not frustrated the bejaysus out of him at times ! He was a dentist who served the people of Kilmarnock from his Portland Road practice and who, as a member of the Army Dental Corps in WWII, was one of the first people to dispense Penicillin to his patients - not always for dental problems he would tell you...
Jim's funeral will take place at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn at 2.30pm on Thursday 9th January. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Iain McGillivray
It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Iain McGillivray. Iain was a great friend of our group and delivered a number of talks over the years with a particular passion of Alexander 'Greek' Thomson.
